Balyria Privacy Policy

1. Overview
Balyria is an offline-first personal finance planning app developed by Arvin Kent Lazaga.
2. Information You Enter
Balyria lets users manually enter accounts, balances, income sources, expenses, debts, loans, installment plans, insurance policies, transfers, receipts, and financial planning details.
3. Local Device Storage
Balyria stores financial records locally on the user's device using local app storage technologies such as SQLite and related local storage mechanisms. Balyria does not sell personal data and does not use financial records for advertising.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Balyria may offer optional Pro features and optional Tip Developer products. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, subscription status, transaction information, device identifiers, and app user identifiers needed to manage purchases and entitlements. Balyria does not use GCash QR payments in the Google Play production app.
5. Data Sharing
Balyria does not sell personal information. Balyria may share limited data with service providers only when necessary to operate app functionality, such as purchase processing through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.
6. Data Export and Deletion
Balyria may provide tools to export, back up, restore, or delete app data. Users can also remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from their device, subject to device operating system behavior and any backups they have created.
7. Security
Balyria stores financial data locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for keeping their device, passcode, and backups secure. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but Balyria is designed to minimize unnecessary collection and sharing of personal finance data.
8. Children's Privacy
Balyria is intended for personal finance management and is not directed to children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
