Project overview

Money clarity before payday — not just after

Balyria is a personal finance app that helps people understand their money before payday. Instead of only logging past expenses, it brings bills, loans, debts, installments, income, and upcoming obligations into a single, clear picture of what is actually left to spend.

It is built for anyone who feels uncertain between paydays — people juggling recurring bills, active loans, and installment plans who want to know, at a glance, whether they are on track. Balyria turns scattered financial commitments into a forecast they can plan around.

Most money apps answer “where did it go?” Balyria answers the more useful question: “what is coming, and how much is safe to spend before my next payday?”

My role

I designed and built Balyria as a personal finance product — working across product planning, frontend implementation, application and data logic, on-device data modeling, and continuous user-experience improvements. It is a solo product I own end to end, from the first wireframe to the published Google Play release.

The product challenge

Many people do not just need another expense tracker. They need to understand upcoming obligations, active loans, debts, installments, and the timing of their income — and how much money is genuinely left before the next payday. That picture is usually scattered across notes, banking apps, and memory, which makes confident decisions hard.

The solution

Balyria organizes financial obligations and cash flow into a clearer dashboard and forecasting experience. By bringing bills, loans, debts, installments, income, and expenses together, it shows users what is coming and what is safe to spend — so they can plan ahead instead of reacting after payday.
